As title. Pls see the picture to judge the condition. Needle carburetor and water cooled exhaust throttle. It has brand new internal rebuild (piston, sleeve and bearings) unit. It has not seen fuel after rebuild. It comes with coupler, as well as new parts as pictured. This engine screams! :D What you see in the picture is what you are getting.
