View Full Version : Discussion HL Comes Through On Heli Replacement

HL took back a defective Dragonus heli on an RMA with a broken fly paddle, and did send a replacement which arrived this morning. I checked the heli and it looks OK. Overall, the company did live up to its customer policies, but communicating with them was not easy. With no telephone support, it took about three days for an answer on any commuication, e-mail or by phone. They just don't respond quickly for some reason. Mike

I'm sorry about the poor communication you experienced. I assure you that is not the norm going forward. In talking with our customer service manager I learned that during the system conversion we got behind on phone calls and had a couple hundred voice mails they needed to catch up on. I heard yesterday that they are caught up now. We have also increased our service staff to better facilitate your calls. We are sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced during our systems transitions. The worst is behind us now. We appreciate your continued support.
