Expensive Shipping or Website Error?

I tried to order a biplane with shipping to Italy, (a 1,2mt wingspan, not a huge one), the website calculates 230$ for the chepest shipping. Is this a website error or..??
I asked to HL with emails but no reply so I post here..

I had the same for me $200 for shipping a TrustVectoring SU-34 to the Netherlands. Are there any other places where i can order that SU-34?

no idea they have never replied my email... now even if the price goes down I don't trust them a lot... what if you have a problem? a month to have a reply? (if any)..

Yeah, heard many positive things about HL but the shipping costs to Europe kinda scare me off.
Been looking for a new helicopter for a while now, Any ideas how to cut those costs? Like shops that from inside Europe?
