How to save FMS action to hard drive?

I've seen still shots taken from FMS flying- how do they do that? And, is it possible to take video clips from FMS and save them on hard drive- and show them in Windows media player?

Hit the print key of your keyboard (upper right side), this will put the current desktop to the clipboard. Alt-print captures the active window only. Then open any image editor (MS paint) and paste the clipboard content into a new document.
