My item still not arrived from Hobby Lobby!!

i still dont received my goods from hobby-lobby.com
my order numbers #9865S090502
they already email me saying the goods already shipped
its already 3 weeks
but they dont provide me tracking number !! :mad:
i already email them twice but no answers !!! :censored: :censored:

Please PM me with your account and order information. I don't recognize the order number you included in your post. I'll need to look up your account and find out what's going on. If it was shipped out via USPS mail, then there is no tracking information available. All USPS does is provide a delivery confirmation.
