Maybe this is the way to get any contact from hobby-lobby.

On April 29th I orderd 5 Jeti duplex RX and 2 MUI modules from hobby lobby to be shipped to a friend being in the USofA until tomorrow, May 20th.
I only orderd items which the online shop showed as "available" and I did remove 4pcs. 8 channel RX which showed up "on backorder" on checkout.

But till today my order is marked "in progress" and I did not get any response except the automatic email!
Those mails tell me that somebody should come back too me shortly, but nobody did!

Now, I hope this is the way that someone from HL will responde!
I want and I will cancel my order now, because I do not want to have them shipped internationally. i just does not make sense, but my friend is flying home, so nobody will be there to receive the parcel if it would be shipped.

Again, please can someone come back to me - I now want to cancel my order.

Tom, send me a pm with all of your order information, and I'll see what I can do to get it taken care of for you as soon as possible. I apologize for any delays. We're working very hard to get any issues here fixed and get orders shipped.

I just ordered a Multiplex Parkmaster from Hobby Lobby that said "in stock" and I received an Email saying thank you for your purchase. After checking repeatedly for 3 days the order status said order "in progress." It actually is on backorder, they just don't tell you that. I had to make a call to find that out. I think hobby lobby needs to update their shipping system to reflect "real time." This way the customers are informed of their purchases and not left in the dark.

I also bought on a "in stock basis".
Eventually got item 6 weeks later.
It was not "actually" in stock.
Suggest all potential purchasers actually email for a auditable "in stock" email back before they buy.
I have suggested a realtime "stock level counter" like so many other vendors have these days.
Apparently too difficult.

I ordered a WIZARD COMPL SET on 4/30/08, to offset the S/H cost I also ordered a $19 SPEED CONTROL.

I received the SPEED CONTROL and got charged for $27.99 right away. ($19 + 8.99 S/H charge)

3 month later after my inquiry, they told me the WIZZARE was discontinued. (But it still showed available on their website at that time)

After my inquiry again, they told me I could return the SPEED CONTROL, but I had to pay the return shipping charge again.

So to get a refund of a $19 ESC I have to pay $8.99 x 2 = $17.98

I am not a rocket scientist but I am not that stupid either. :censored:
