I recently bought a set of Millenium's X-Gear and a Carbon tube. After putting the gear together, I find that the gear slides loosely on the carbon fiber tube I bought from them to use as a fuselage. Did I do something wrong? I was hoping to not have to glue the gear into place since I want to play with the CG some. Should I put a shim in there to wedge the gear into place on the fuse?

Is the tube just too little for the gear?

Heh, I have the complete opposite problem- it's too tight and I can't get it on!

Put a small amount of electrical tape half way around the fuselage under the landing gear mount.
Sorry for the late response, I just found this thread.

Yes I did. It seemed to have a bit to do with the two clamps in the battery tray being perfectly straight, but the CF fuse being slightly curved...and some flash which the tube sheared out of the way.
