Have just been searching for this and XBee seems t be the most used for most auto pilots including Atto and Ardu.
Most electronics sellers have them listed, check the web.
My only worry is that max range XBee is 900MHz and I have chosen 900MHz video transmission, not sure how that is going to work, if at all.

The setup I have been looking at is this:

I plan to use it to transmit data from Atto and low res. video. My TX is a Futaba 7C 2.4 MHz
Any comments?

My guess is you will have problems using two transmitters of the same frequency, change your video to 2.4gig and your in with a chance. Transmitters dont get on very well with each other, even if the frequency is different they can still interfere with each other through harmonics, proper attention to aerial instalation ( ground planes etc ) also helps clean things up. The best setup I find is Xbee pro868 with 2.4gig video and a 35meg RC Tranny
Good luck
