View Full Version : Discussion More customer service issues, I can't get ahold of anyone!

Since I placed my order on April 30th, I've...
- First called and e-mailed 1 time each to find out why after a week, even though the airplane and battery were not listed as out of stock, they had not been shipped yet. NO RESPONSE, other than auto-reply!
- Called 2 more times since then, put on hold for 5 minutes, then directed to voicemail, left 2 more messages. NO RESPONSE!
- Sent 2 more e-mails, NO RESPONSE!
- Seen that the live chat feature is never available.

I hate posting without letting others hear both sides of the story but I've waited almost 2 weeks with no contact from customer service.

Where is the follow-up that was promised in javaduke's post?

3 days after post, 3 weeks of trying to contact HL, finaly got a response. Simply said the order has been canceled. This is what I requested. Still, I've run 3 of my own businesses. I would have helped the client in any way possible to stay with my service and be satisfied. Then again none of my clients have had to wait longer than 1 business day for customer service contact. I wouldn't DREAM of letting something go on this long.
