Hi to Mnfred and Aero104 as you write yor expierence is great over a long period of time mine was one that I would not complain of either, just note though we are talking of the preseant time my issues still remain unsolved or even addressed I did read H/L is under new ownership it is in this writers opinion it behoves H/L to give answers to those who have a problems post haste, this would negate negative comments. Don't forget guy's we all have different levels of tollerance, mine just happens to have reached a peak after a month!

My tolerance level was exceeded just by trying to parse that first, extremely long, sentence. :D

The anectodes are starting to "pile up" and it's not a pretty picture. I'll say as I've said several times: HL fixed the standard for customer service, and if it now can't meet it's own standard, it is a true tragedy.

O.K., to whoever reported this as a "group attack," how, rationally, can that be the case? I am merely lamenting what appears to be happening. What exactly, would you have me say: all is well?
