.....Well you are not going to have much of a glide ratio with the floor hanging on but to break ut free I have used a stainless steel 18-inch ruler to separate things like that The ruler is very, very thin and should slide right uder things. Now don't try to pry it up
just slide it to the glue juncture but when you slide it you must slide it with a hit. Usually that breaks things free. Instant glue has a wick action that lets it seek out everything around it and thats why you have a new floor model (pun not intended)
you have to be carefull with stuff for it has no mercy.

Use wax paper underneath.

There are two problems here: Granite is very porous and so is modern waxed paper. Thin CA finds its way through both. Use one of the plastic food wraps instead.

I can speak about these things with authority having done significant personal research ;o)

What you need is a CA debonder. I use 'Flash Back' debonder from the makers of 'Flash" CA. Essentially a debonder is a chemical compound which will weaken and soften the grip that CA has on parts of your model. After multiple applications over 3-5 minutes the Debonder [DB] weakens CA to such a stage where you can slightly twist the components and they will separate [CA is weak in shear anyway].

Alternately you can nibble away at the softened glue joint with your trusty No.11 blade

The first time I had to use DB was about 20 years ago when I was toughening up the razor sharp TE on a chucky and places it on our new Swedish Black Oak stained coffee table.
Thought the xxxx thing was dry :o. I managed to get it all off and leave the stained Oak unblemished, whew. Wife never knew.....

Try the dealer that sold you the CA, he should be able to get the DB.

For the second part of your question just have a nice lady sew you a couple of rice bags about 250 x 100 x 30mm thick and squish the fuselage down in to them to level it. Use a 'Robart' wing incidence meter to set the stab level or if you can't get one use a short spirit level [100mm] to check the elevator area is level.

You can then set your wing incidence. This is quite easy with a Robart incidence meter.
