Every piece of wood in this boat is coated with Minwax polycrylic, and I have not seen any problems. Seems quite waterproof to me as well.

I have used this on my Dumas Cobra.I caulked my seams with a white light weight sandable filler. Its over mahogany thats been cherry stained. You can't see anything on the plank's.But after now 4 years the white has yellowed.I would not recommend using It on any light colors.Whites, Off Whites, Dianna Creams or the likes. It will show yellowing with age!!

I used it on the decks of Caylpso..

Only proplem i see is the it hangs at the joints ..a foam brush was used to get it all smoothed out..

unlike water say ...it dosent attract to itself.
