ERC Trim Tab Replacement/Upgrade for DX6i & x9303 -

Manufactured in our own CNC manufacturing facility in Zebulon NC, these new Trim Tabs replaces the stock plastic trim tabs in your Spektrum DX6i, or JR 9303 transmitter. This is just one of the many metal products designed and precision manufactured by East R/C in our own CNC shop.

There have been many DX6i owners inadvertently break the plastic arms of their stock trim tabs, and having to send the radio in for repair can ground you while having to wait. This simple upgrade takes only minutes to complete, and you will not have to worry about being out of commission again.

Bought my Dx6i last July, sent back last November for 3 broken trim switches. Horizon replaced them all, I get the radio back, and 2 weeks later the rudder trim breaks. And last night, the throttle trim breaks, I guess from overuse

Can I install these myself or is this a tech job your guys would need to do ?

When will they be available ?

They are very easy to install. You can install them or we can install them. They are available now and are on the website as of today. I will be finishing up a video of the DX6i upgrades being installed this week. :D

p.s. These are available individually or in a pack of 4.

These are definitely very easy to install, as is the upgrade aluminum scroll button we also have. They have very easy to understand instructions, and like Chris said, there will also be a "how to" video up soon.

Many Thanks Guys. I've been using rudder sub-trim since November '08 cause I didn't want to go thru the hassle of sending my radio back to Horizon AGAIN.
I will definitely be ordering both the wheel and the trim switches next week. I also have two other guys in my flying group with Dx6i's with the same problem, they'll love to see this.

I also downloaded and read the install pdf's. Good job on the instructions.

I printed all the info from your web site on these and dropped them off with my local HS guru today. He was impressed and said they may order some to have on-hand for when the need arises.

You get an attaboy for these :D

Thanks man! Yeah not only are we a manufacturer/distributor of our own products, but we also run a hobby shop. So we know all too well how stressful and time consuming situations like this can be. That's why we're trying to make it easier for the consumer to get back up and running, while feeling confident with their gear.

I'm surprised it took this long for someone to make this.

Just placed my online order for both the trim tabs and the menu wheel.

Thanks again EASTRC for a great solution :D

No problem man, hope you enjoy your "bling", lol. Just so everyone knows, we also have the roller for the JR x9303, and within a couple of days we'll finally have the one for the Spektrum DX3S pistol grip. Of course, the trim tabs already fit both the DX6i and the 9303.

Received my order for trim tabs (4) and roller for my Dx6i last week while I was on vacation. Got them installed in short order with no problems.

Thanks again guys :)
