I am also having problems with Hobby Lobby. Ordered the new Wing Dragon HL on 4/26/09. Paid with PayPal and since that time my order status has been "In Process". No email confirmation. Called 3 times and each time was told "New order system...we'll ship it out right away". Still no airplane at my door. Send an email to the online customer support site asking for a call, a plane or my money back. No response, no call, no email. Called today again and was once again assured that the plane would be shipped out on Fri 5/14/09. I am a first time customer and so far I am NOT HAPPY with Hobby Lobby. Probably won't buy from them again.
