Can someone please tell what the correct name or style connector this is . I just bought some new battery packs for my sail boat and i need to change the connectors on them to these red conectors. Ware online would be a good place to find them ?

winkman, is that due to the fact that your current system is a cradle?

you can get a 3-way loom with hitec or futaba connectors on them. if you get one of those, you can plug your futaba rx charger straight into the boat and charge, without the need to remove the battery

Polarized leads with 2 bumps? Any hobby shop catering to electric flight will have them. Also, looks like the first couple pix at http://www.hobby-lobby.com/connectors.htm

They are Hitec connectors
I believe you need female ones.
Tower Hobbies sells them reasonably
hitec female connectors (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&W=000148662&I=LXGXA1&P=K)

:) WINKMAN1-The connector in question is referred to as a BEC connector , or JST type plug. They can be found on all of the 2 channel radio systems by all manufactures for use from the receiver battery box to the on-off switch and then sometimes to the receiver.

A lot of manufacturers also use the plugs for accessory wiring for lights or sound systems, since the plugs, (male & female) are polarity protected.

They can be purchased at most hobby shops or from on line manufacturers.

evn though you have ordered what you need I was told that they are also know simply as "J" connectors and I have the same on my JR system. In the event I am wrong on this please don't anyone else yell at me for the mistake and I thank you.
