Short run time with a 4800 in a L-39

I have put Don's 4800 in a Electrifly L-39 using a brand new 3cell 2100 TP 20c lipo. I am only getting about 4 minutes at 3/4 throttle. The battery is hot.

I am using the stock hyperflow fan. I am happy with the performance but would like more run time.

Is there a more "efficient" DF setup.

That is the tradeoff in EDFs, if you want more thrust and speed you need more watts to do it so flight time goes down.
