ESKY EK2-0851 charger problem

I just bought this charger, the manual on net says when plugged in red turns on, when connecting the lipo green turns on, it means charging and when green goes out and red stays on means charging is over. When red is on and green starts blinking theres something wrong with lipo. To charge my 3 cell 1500mAh lipo it should take circa 2 hours since the output is 800mAh. After about 1.5 hours the green started blinking during recharging, can somebody explane this? I dont believe in these cheap chinese stuffs, and lipo works(didnt used it for more than a few seconds tho) Have anybody experieced this kind of failure?

Probably an imbalanced lipo. Is the Esky charger a balance charger? YOu acn check each cell's voltage to confirm its charge condition. 4.15-4.20v per cell means it is charged.

I have another version of that charger and green blinks when charged. Maybe it's a documention problem. As suggested why not check the battery to see if it's charged. Or buy a charger that costs 10x more.
