yah that was built by Alvin Beal of Beals Island. He has very distinct models. BG-boats06 had a repair thread up a while ago. In it we repaired a boat not that much different then this one.

its a beals island lobster boat NOT BOOTHBAY!just gets my goat.basicly all lobster boats were bult in beals or jonesport,or at least modeled of there boats.now im not saying all boats were built here just the sleek ,fast,hansom boats we thinck of when we say lobster boats,

Yah that boat was built by an actually boat builder. Alvin Beal had his own boat shop on the island way back when. He built a few model boats. They are really good solid boats. I would say anyone who gets it will end up with a get model on their hands. gpzy good luck on finding room :)
