I have been waiting for back orders for awhile now..one since 17th March and more recently the 13th of April. No one at H.L. seems to know when these items will if ever become available for the Starmax F-5E Swiss model. I would like to get a refund on the parts purchased... Not very happy customer !! :censored:

I understand your frustrations. We are right there with you. We are at the mercy of the manufacturer, customs and weather. There isn't a good way to predict when a B/O will come in. We can assure you that we are doing our best to get the parts in. We want to get them to you as much as you want them. If you must cancel the order, you can fill out a case here http://www.hobby-lobby.com/case.htm Please know that we do not charge you for back orders until they ship out to you.

Sorry, butI have to disagree Jason. I placed an order early March and it was backordered. I called and cancelled the order, because I did not need it,my mistake. I ordered the right part and got it (Lama works great now!) I was told it would be taken care of. I just checked my Paypal account and saw that I was charged for it right away, even though it was backordered, and it was never credited to my account. I put in a support request and have not been helped yet. I have dealt with you for years and service has been great. I hope you can get back on track soon. I just noticed you are at SEFF. Did the whole Company go :confused:

Hello, a month later and still no credit, refund or part(which i still no longer want,but would have been better than nothing). I now need new blades for my Lama, but want to wait until I can depend on you again. I asked in another post if it was neccessary to submit a new request, but got no answer.

Send me a PM with the details of your order and I'll get you fixed up. I apologize for the delay in response as of late. We were understaffed going into a major system transition. We are caught up on voice mails, but still behind on support cases. We have increased our support staff to help with the loads. When I get your information, I'll make sure we take care of you.
