Several years ago I had a tour around one of them I cannot express just how big those hangers are!

Here are some grabs from video I took. I will add that later.

Try this Gary and Ginger http://www.aht.ndirect.co.uk/airships/index.html more shed pics
yes they did fly indoor there, had to cover holes in the roof with Tarps at one stage ...now they have got some protection but they are hugely undervalued as historic buildings and at one point they wanted to build all the way up to the doors.

ten years ago they built the Skycat test vehicles, it can fly off water but if you haven't seen it Imagine Thunderbird 2 meets a hovercraft meets the Siamese twin of the Hindenburg's big bro...... and I have video of Skykitten flying...
Start here A general Aviation site but useful 3 views, data and pics of small Skycats and some of Sky Kitten Proof of type model.
http://www.aerospace-technology.com/projects/skycat/
Main site for ATGs World Skycat project, also some details on Skykitten proof of concept scale prototype
http://www.worldskycat.com/index.html

Now several million dollars later LHM have finally built a flying model!.... but with 4 separate cushions............hmm, where have I seen that before? Cynical Moi?

Somewhere I posted a link to some beauties of the shed, early morning in a Sea of mist, very reminiscent of the giants they housed breaking through a layer of cloud.

Does the hanger on the left have that many holes in the roof or is it ( the roof) just multi-colored?

Sadly its holes, seems like they are letting it fall down. Could be wrong.

Found this, the chap whistling when they are panning down the remains struck me!!

Try this site...if you want to DIY one and the ship to fit http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=998295&page=6 have fun.

Not sure about the hanger on the left it may be just lichen and moss on the cement sheet cladding.
