jetscreamer 1400 timing.......

i have been using the js 1400 motor with a 125 cc esc, wemotec 70mm fan, and 5 s lipos.....and i think i hit over 120 mph on the f5e airframe.....
Since i was using this with my esc set on high timing, would i get better performance if i lowered the timing in the esc???

you would get longer run times at the expense of less power

Bob always recommends low timing. I have never tried higher timing with mine. Will it turn faster? At a high cost in amps I presume.
