I'm getting the paper and the can of Krylon from Micromark.

I tried paper from
http://www.beldecal.com/inkjet_decals.cfm
on my previous decal project, a Kyosho Spitifire, and went through all sorts or problems. I was using the white decal paper so maybe the clear is easier to use.
