I maidened my "Clown Puke" SSX yesterday.. She flew great..

If there was anything she needed, it'd be another wing! :D

Are these available yet? I voted for it at SEFF as best new product and watched Tram fly it on Sunday before we left.

After further testing, I realized the design is too heavy for X-Gear. I am working on taking weight out of the design. I am also working on a way to make the X-Gear stronger. Most likely it will require a cross bar.

I like how simple it looks now without the cross bar. My first thought was to use a beam shape instead of the round. I doubt if anything like that is made in such a small size. Maybe two flats per side turned on edge would suffice.

What's the latest on the SSX Bipe? Is a production version of this in the works? My SSX is looking for a hangar mate :)
