In order to change the LSF bylaws, a vote by members who have achieved Levels IV and V is necessary. The LSF Board will be proposing some changes in the near future and would like to conduct the balloting electronically. If you are a Level IV or a Level V, please send your current email address along with your name and LSF number to: info@silentflight.org to ensure receiving a ballot when the time comes.
