Phoenix: Why is version 2.0n on website, not 2.0q?

Version 2.0q was released some time ago and many people are running it. Does anyone know why the website offers version 2.0n for download? I've seen references on the other thread but no explanation.

I guess it's academic if the new major release comes out soon, but it is curious.

2.00.q is on the download page. Scroll down about half way. I do not know why it is not at the top.
