I am having trouble with my Torq .21 engine in my axis. Off of the
line is fine, but at a little less that 1/3 throttle, the engine makes
a weird sound. It goes "wub-wub-wub-wub". I even tried setting the
carb to factory settings after attempting to tune the engine the way I
always tune them. Rich or lean on the high and low needles, it
doesn't make a difference. I'm usually pretty good about tuning
engines, but I cant seem to figure this one out!
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance,

So your saying that it makes that sound when you are just under 1/2
throttle, and not above it? If so, it is probably your low-end mixture
setting. Mine makes that noise sometimes when I drive it hard for a while
and I give it like 3/4 throttle. Also, if it makes that noise when your at
around 3/4 - full throttle, then your piston and sleeve may be toast. If
it doesn't then it should be fine.
