Interface Spektrum WL1000 to a Realflight controller?

I've just stumbled across the WL1000 when looking at the Spektrum website - and am wondering if anyone has used one of these and interfaced it with the realflight controller?

I'd be expecting that this unit has a PPM signal out which then would make it easy to interface to the FSOne, which my logic says if it does do that, can I make it do the same and embed this in my RealFlight controller?

Check the FPV and quad copter threads, yes it does output PPM which you should be able to interface to just about any of the PPM driven simulators. One of these days I may order one of these devices to connect to a sim through the GWS PPM to USB adapter.
