excellent service from Phoenix!

about a week ago, I bought a Phoenix simulator.
unfortunately, i could not get it to recognise my Futaba transmitter...

the support team from Phoenix guided me through the setup, and finally concluded that the adaptor cable for my TX was probably not working well.

although strictly speaking, this cable is not part of their simulator pack, they have sent me a new cable, free of charge.

everything works perfectly now!

The folks over at Phoenix are really a class act. Their support is great at least from my perspective as I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them.

Best customer support out of all the sims I purchased. Love those guys!! Started with fms, then clearview[also excellent support], then realflight 4.5 which is great except for some glitches when you first start a flight especially from the water scenes, and finally I saw the light and got phoenix. What a joy. Flying off the water with a heli is just a blast!! Great grafics and no glitching. Great heli practice and feels very realistic. Worth every penny especially when you get great support.
