can this fit on thunder tiger outboard?between do u ship overseas?

not sure if it fits a thunder tiger outboard, the screws (black) that fit the inside plate are 1 inch apart.

I just checked my other mounts made by "Prather" which have the same bolt pattern, on the package its says will not fit a (OS or Thunder Tiger) the inside plate were it mounts would have to be blank. so you could drill your own.
