I dont know how jets fly without power but it looks to me like he should have come in faster and tried to belly land normally instead of stalling it in.

ok. the whole crash analysis thing works better if there is raw video, not bits ripped off a video on the air force (saw it at the airport, off topic).
you need to keep a timer on your models, since part a of your problem was you ran out of fuel (duh). he other issue is you stalled it. instead of retracting the SPEED BRAKE, you left it on. thus, you never gained speed, and you stalled once you did, the rudder lost effectiveness (this wasnt, or isnt, didnt see damage, a high speed model. a low speed stall meant a nearly guaranteed spin). in my opinion, you could easily have pulled the a/c into a hard landing, if not a slow, controlled landing. that one airbrake caused youur issue. also, the repeated gun barrage from the blue f-16 didnt he...is that a bicycle?
