Wanted - Would likeTRADE T-REX 450se Up graded to V2 .For RC boat

TRADE T-REX 450se Up graded to V2 For.
I got it as an updated Align 450se 3d updated to V2. Most of what i see is v2 I don't know if the boom or belt is? What do you think is a fair Trade ? This Will have NO TX.
Every thing like new the it has an Spektrum AR6200 TX -GY401 AVCS GYRO -- ALIGN Brushiess 430XL outrunner Motor
3 hitec HS 65MG servo
1 JR DS3400G fet-Digital tale servo

Has had One tip over All brand new parts put on Has AR6200 RX . then had LaughingStill Hover it He is a Good friend & a good Pilot.It looks and Hovers & Flies like new .
