Try the Duratrax Intellipeak Digital Pulse charger...not terribly expensize and
comes with an AC/DC converter and a built in fan on the charger and converter.
I love mine

LRP Pulsar Competition, £175. Charge, 10amp Discharge, Motor run-in
Eagle CDC, £145. Charge, 20amp Discharge, Cycle.
Pro-Trak £225ish. Carge, 20amp Discharge, Motor run-in, makes the tea,
drives the car.....etc.
Don't use a pulse charger on NiMH cells, there is some speculation that it
damages the cells. One of my customers ruined 3 packs of Sanyo3000HV's in 4
months on a pulse charger.
