Hi,

can somebody help me to finish the assembling of my pike superior. On the servo side in the fuselage I need to fix the threaded coupler to the hollow pushrod that goes to the v-tails.

The pushrod look like hollow aluminum or something else. I tried to solder it the same way I've done 1000 of time with steel rod but my solder wont stick to the pushrod.

Is there any magic somewhere to achieve it. Do I need to use glue instead of solder...

Please help.

tks
Thierry

Thiery,

The pushrods are stainless steel (or something similar). You need silver solder and flux to solder them. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXFS75

Good luck,
