Crash Sale Notification

Hi Jay,

Just wanted to let you know I have always enjoyed doing business with Hobby Lobby and have been a satisfied customer for a long time, so keep up the good work. My question is why am I getting Crash Sale notification on my computer at close to 4:00 in the afternoon EST when Wednesdays roll around? I use to get them in the mornings before. I'm figuring if anything good is on sale, by the time I get the notice the items will have been sold out already. :( Any idea on why the late notices?

I consider you lucky. I can't seem to get notification at all. I keep signing up, but nothing happens anymore.

Cliff, I don't know about lucky. I haven't even gotten a reply for this thread. What good is a sale notification if you get notified when the sale item(s) are all sold and gone. Oh well, I guess Hobby Lobby doesn't want my money! :(

I did not get a notification either - checked first thing this morning.

When I go to the Crash Sale page, I see the following regardless of whether I'm logged in or not:

CRASH Sale Available to R/C Star Members Only!
You gotta get the code!

Membership Benefits . . .

and

The CRASH code for this week is: CRASH0318

Where do you enter the code, or is there another link for the crash sale?

Is the crash sale item the CoCo lama?

I got the crash sale notification early this morning. I don't know why I got it and others didn't, sometimes I get one and other times I don't. If you're interested in the crash message, PM me your e-mail address and I'll forward you the e-mail.

(shrug). Wake me up when there's a sale on Alfas. They may keep the rest, I'll keep my money. I ended up disappointed in pretty much everything else I got at H-L.
