Hey jet pilots! I ended up with a couple of GWS A-10 EDF's and I've been looking for a cool little project for them. Nothing fast or aerobatic but can fly around the park and look cool sitting on the grass....any ideas? They are 50mm brushed and with 7.5 volts they turn out 9g of thrust ea.

Why not use 17g Medusa 5300 motors with those EDF 50 impellers and housings - if they are 2030x5, at 7.5v/perhaps 5.2A, one of those would get you over 110g thrust!

I like these ideas, with the ufo it got me thinking about spacecraft and then alphajet said thrust vectoring...what about a r/c pod racer?? twin EDF's up front, pulling the rest of the plane. And I forgot that I have 4 of these little fans so I would like those ufo plans...
