K&B 3.5 Con Rod Question

I have a K&B 3.5 SS Outboard that needs a new rod. I just received one
from K&B (16-8901, Connecting Rod (Tubular)). The problem is, my
original rod is "tubular" but the one I received is "square". Though,
the part number for what I received matches what I ordered. Does
anybody know if this is just a new style, or if they sent me the wrong
part? Thanks.
