anyone pleez explain to me how to differentiate the aspect ratio between tapered and straight wings?

You'll need to find the Mean Chord and divide that by the span to get the AR.

That's ok for simple planforms like rectangles and trapezoids but it can get laborious if the wing has several panels. A more universal formula is span^2/area.
