We are pleased to announce our new customer review system on our new web site. This gives you the ability to rate the products we sell and give your honest opinion.
We are putting up the good and the bad (provided they are well written). We stand behind the products we sell and we know that you know the whole story better than anyone.
As always, your feedback is always welcome and we look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks Jay. Wanted to say good things, couldn't find the entry point for feedback/review. Can you give us a link, or what corner of the screen it's on and the exact wording?

in the part of the image that's circled in Jay's post, each product has one. Just click on the "write review" link. I threw one up yesterday... all cool :)

Ah, OK, I get it. It's product specific. Thanks.

OK, I went and wrote a (nice?) review of V4, clicked submit. It went back to login page which I'd already entered and clicked. Going back to product page, the review is not there.
Please tell me I didn't just waste a half hour on a site feature that doesn't work.

Check the page again! You did a great job - we just have to review each one before it goes live.
Thanks for the review! Jay

Thanks Jay. I'll do HBFP, once I get to flying it longer than 3 seconds in a space less than 4x the span from MR to TR. Probly not before Mar 20 when the rotorhead comes off backorder. Factory built in some tolerance issues which had me scratching my head for a week until I understood the structure.
OK, I get it, you vet content before posting. Site should kinda come back and tell you that. Something like "thanks for your submission, it will post after review".
There are 2 more problems. One, reviews don't show up under 'instructions and reviews', except in the small box with the star rating.
Two, the review pops up in a box that is not expandable, not pannable, and the text exceeds the margins. I'm on Firefox at 800x600 res. Higher makes text too squinty. The site should adapt to native resolution such that it displays all content. As it is, I can't read it, 1/3 of it is outside the margins and not retrievable.
It won't scroll either. Can't get to the last two paragraphs, no matter what. Scrolling the box only works up to a point, and scrolling the mainscreen repositions the box exactly where it was.
It probably works 'perfectly' at the res/scale the designer made it. But he didn't consider anyone on res/scale lower than his. Whereas every other site including this one, does. This needs work. You don't spoze he made it that way on purpose, where you'd have to go back and recontract him to fix it, do you?
