So I got a converter a while back. I have a cheap little antennae from radio shack up against my window and I get a few channels, which is fine. My problem is that its soooo hard to keep a decent signal. Sitting on a different spot on my couch will make me lose the signal. And the weirdest thing...every time a plane passes overhead I lose reception. I live near O'Hare airport, but the planes are still at least 5-7000 feet up. It blows my mind that they can interfere with my tv...lol Any one else having issues with this?? Is there a different type of antennae that I should try?

It seams like I remember seeing a small ant, you can place outside your window that will get better recption than rabbit ears.

Digital TV requires a UHF antenna and some clear air space, which I imagine is pretty hard to come by in that area.
