Ok, here it comes, the question that will certainly make everyone chuckle....I was looking at my new, get that, new...noob.....rx and went to connect the servos to test them. Ok I get the aileron connection, kind of obvious, I get the elevator servo, obvious, and I think I understand the gyro/rudder...well maybe....but where does the Pitch servo go? I will use a Swift ESC and the BEC, doesnt that connect to the throttle? I have been looking for typical wiring diagrams so I dont embarass myself too much but am exhausted and am going for humiliation.

The radio instructions will tell you how each servo plugs in. Throttle is channel 1 for JR though. BEC can plug into any channel or even use a Y.
Setup is about 90% of the heli. A mentor and lots of reading. Check out the EHBG up top, it will walk you through about everything.

Pitch goes in Aux1. Gyro into rudder, Gyro gain (the one with just a single wire) goes into Gear. In DX7 setup, set gear switch to "gyro". If you are using the Swift ESC with no BEC, just plug it into throttle, and your BEC into the BAT connector. If the ESC has a BEC, then you need to either snip the "hot" wire on the connection, or (what I did) slip the "hot" wire connector out of the receiver plug and tape it back with insulating tape. Then plug in as above.
