Real Flight wind settings

So, what should I set the winds to in real flight 4.5 to simulate real world grassy field physics? Let's say the forcast calls for 5 to 15 mile per hour winds, what setting do you use?

Make it 10 mph with 50% gusts.

I usually adjust the wind with PgUp/PgDn keys until it feels right, which is usually near 10 mph.

When the wind is too strong, the near ground turbulence doesn't feel right though. I like flying the real RC plane in strong wind (25 mph?), when you have to use almost full throttle just to hover at one place. In real life, the plane also "drops" onto the runway, where the wind speed is lower, but I feel that RF exaggerates this effect.
