loading new models?

i'm having trouble installing new models on my clearview? i unzipped the file i think and triedto extract it to the model folder but it keeps giving me an error message.. any help would be great... thanks scott

I am assuming these are ClearView models. If that is the case, you must unzip the model under models folder. While unzipping, make sure the model is extracted as separate folder bearing the model name and is under models folder. Take a look at the model file structure under that model folder to make sure it looks similar as the file structure as any other stock ClearView model. If all looks normal, start ClearView and you should be able to see and load the new model.
