i've seen this heli on bphobbies and was wondering it's qualitys. i'm a complete newbie with a good amount of heli experience.

first how stable is it?

is it fragil, paticularly where the plastic covering meets the fusalage?

will it wear fast?

can it be flown in small spaces?

any information wound be helpful, thanks. :)

It's basically an E-Sky Lama V4, with more fragile body parts and skids, that weighs a bit more. It's very stable, but weighs pretty much for it's size, so response is slow and mushy and it could use more power. Extremely typical of all coax helis this size, in stock form.

i don't know the lama v4, how does it compare to the vortex 2. i have one and am very disapointed in it quality.

Vortex 2 is a toy, it's junk. It doesn't even have a swashplate.

the dauphin is ok as a first heli,I bought one for my 10 year old son to get him started and he has had a lot of fun with it.obviously it is limited in its abilitys like all co-ax helis but is helping him learn the hand eye coordination for when he gets something better

I finally found some decent info about the Dynam Vortex V2. It's basically an E-SKy Lama V4 clone, but uses inferior parts. I believe it has lots of gyro issues, but I don't know. Save the parts, they might come in handy. Blades, motors, battery, charger are all compatible.

V4 body is less breakable. Other than that and looks, no difference.
