Voice Chat problems in G4.5

I am having problems with the Voice Chat when in Multiplayer on G4.5
When I do the test I can see the square flash blue and I can here myself.
I am using a Logitech gaming headset.
When I do a slope session with my friend I can hear him but he cannot hear me.

Look down at the clock, and double click the speaker, and see if mic is listed, and if so make sure its not muted.

If it's not listed, click options and properties, and check the mic box.

Then go back, and see if it's listed, and not checked.

Also make sure in the control panel, under sounds, under audio tab, and under default the right type of configuration is selected.

Everything is on and it is using the right default program. I when I'm in G4 I can hear myself but no one can here me. The mike works when I use Ventrilo & Microsoft recorder.
I'm going to call Real Flights Tech support.

Tech Support was no help. This gal with an India accent told me to update my sound card and download the latest version of G5.4. All that was already done.
When I go to the voice chat test I get green lights and here my voice in a delay but when I join or host a session I get nothing.
If I properly hooked up my the speaker next to my name should be lit, Right?
