We have a club winch that is getting tired & needs a rebuild.
It has a Ford Long Shaft 12V motor, and a Real Balls end bell.
Does anyone have a link to, or PDF of, or otherwise any information regarding procedure for setting up (optimizing for TD winch purposes) the brush timing on a replacement Ford LS motor, and/or installation guide for a Real Balls end bell.
( Plus any other Ford LS motor set-up tips )
