Bent Aerobird fuselage- HELP

Hey my aerobird crashed nose first , bending the fuselage next to the boom(see pics) so the fuselage isn't straight with he tail. I don't really want to buy a new fuselage($42) and I was gunna try to use a heat gun to bend it back in shape. Wondering if anyone has any ideas before i do anything that could mess it up?!?

I say if its already messed up, go ahead and experiment. the worst that could happen is your plane (already crashed mind you) needs to be replaced. It is a good learning experience to try to fix it in the way YOU see fit. good luck.
