Special Orders from Horizon?

Will Hobby Lobby do a special order from Horizon Hobby for customers? I know they sell the Vapor, mBCX, etc. now, so I didn't know if they had the availability of ordering in something in that they don't typically stock. And if so, could promotions like the current President's Day Weekend Sale?

We sure can special order anything from Horizon. Horizon products are sold at their MAP prices and none of our promotions will be valid for them.

Thanks, Jason. I figured as much on the promotions, and I can certainly live with that. I got a H/L gift certificate for Christmas, but I've had my eye on a Pitts 12 15e biplane from E-Flite. If you guys order something in, is there any incoming shipping charge? I live in Murfreesboro, so I typically just pick stuff up in person for most of my orders.

While browsing around for biplanes, I also came across the yellow Waco Biplane kit on your site and was thinking that might be a cheaper thrill that the E-Flite Pitts 12, and I've always liked the looks of that Waco. It looks like you guys only sell it as a RTF on the site, though ... do you have a PNP version by chance that comes without the battery, charger, Tx, and Rx?

If you guys offer that setup by chance, I'll probably go with that instead. If not, I think I can live with the E-Flite Pitts 12. It's a win/win situation no matter how you look at it when you've got a gift certificate in hand, huh? ;)

No shipping charge for you picking it up here. Just that good old TN sales tax. Our little Waco only comes as a RTF package.

Love that TN tax. ;) At least it's only 9.25% up there vs. the 9.75% here in Rutherford County. I just have to keep telling myself, "We don't have a state income tax, we don't have a state income tax ..."

Thanks for the info on the Waco ... decisions, decisions. :) I'll see about calling tomorrow and placing an order.
